Is OPJS University in Rajasthan approved by NCTE and UGC?


I want to do Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from Om Parkash Jogender Singh University in Rajasthan. Is this university recognized by UGC and approved by National Council of Technical Education (NCTE) for offering D.El.Ed and B.Ed courses?
