Germany is a well known country to provide excellent education in the field of Automobile Engineering.

I would suggest you to pursue Masters from Germany this will definitely help you to rise to peak in your career.

Appear for TOEFL/IELTS exam and start applying for the universities.

You have to take care while filling the application because, Germany is a free education country and the admission criteria is different from others.
