A candidate can appear for CAT 2011 only once during the 20-day testing window. The test score is valid for admission to the forthcoming academic year only.

Eligibility To Appear For CAT

CAT (Common Admission Test) is conducted every year for admissions to MBA courses in India's most prominent Business Schools Indian Institute of Management(IIMs)

There are a few other colleges which give admissions on the basis of CAT scores like FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, SP Jain Mumbai, IMT Ghaziabad and a few other..

A candidate can appear for CAT only if :-

>> The candidate has completed his/her graduation from a recognized institute..

>> Candidate must have also secured 50% aggregate in graduation..

The CAT Exam since 2008 has been completely online based exam so its hard to find papers after that hence I have attached some of the past papers till 2008..

You can also Click Here for more details on the exam..

The paper will consist of 2 sections :-

>> Section-1 :- Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation

>> Section-2 :- Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning

You will have 70 minutes and 30 questions in each section..so a total of 140 minutes in which you have to attempt 60 questions..

Once the 70 minutes allotted for the Section-1 is over then you cannot go back to any question in Section-1..you have to do only Section-2..

all the best..

With Warm Regards
Nitz
