I want to know the percentages requirements for recruitment of various it companies.

IT company:


TCS : this company require above 80% in BE , B.tech ,MSC.
this company only require without arrear outstanding person.
CTS: This company requires above 70% in B.E , B.Tech, BSC ,MSC.
It requires 60% in 10th and 12th marks.
WIPRO : This company requires above 60% in B.E , B.Tech, BSC ,MSC.
It requires 60% in 10th and 12th marks.

HCL : This company requires above 75% in B.E , B.Tech, BSC ,MSC.
It requires 60% in 10th and 12th marks.

All the It companies needed good communication skills is 1st requirement.
Improve your communication skill.
Each company have different types of rounds for interview.
1.applitude round
2.Essay writting(only in wipro)
3.technical round.
4.group discussion.
5.human resource(HR) round.
so prepare this types of test is best usefull for you.

Dear Friend,

There are many IT companies in India now.

There are different Eligibility criteria in different companies.

Some companies requires 70% and all through including 10th 12th and graduation.

The name of such companies are Microsoft, Whoai, Atos, etc etc...

There are also some other reputed Companies like CTS, TCS, Infosys, IBM etc etc require 60% as their eligibility criteria

There are also other companies such as Syntel, Mahindra Satyam, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, HCL Technologies, Wipro Infotech, Wipro Technologies, Peakon Softwares, Pinackle solutions etc etc requires only 55% and above in 10th 12th and B.Tech

IT companies are the Information Technology branched core companies. Some of the top IT Companies in India are :


Infosys
TCS - Tata Consultancy Services
Wipro
HCL
Accenture
Cognizant

etc..



Now these companies are also the top recruiters of the fresh Engineers in India also.
So every year, they visit the college campuses for various placement drives.

The Basic Eligibility Criteria's which they usually seek are :


1. You should be a B.E/B.Tech graduate from a recognized college or university with over 60% aggregate.

2. You should not have any pending arrears or backlogs

3. There should not be more than some years gap in your academic career. This criteria varies every year.

4. Good communication skills and technical knowledge are expected out of the candidates.


So your query answered above, you need to get more than 60% aggregate in your graduation to apply in the IT Companies.

Hi Dear

For get hire by IT company percentage required by candidates
like
Candidate minimum 60% required because many IT company now a days
recruit only career students.

So companys like:-

TCS
Wipro
Infosys
Cognizant
Accenture
etc.....

Procedure for campus interview:-

*Candidate pass engineering or final year student also eligible for campus interview.
*Campus procedures:-
Written exam
GD(if required)
PI(Technical,Hr)

minimum 50% and so on...........

depends on companies and also changes from time to time and also on post

like TCS was not recruiting less 80% but previous year they recruited at lesser percentage.

and also depending on availibility of good candidate.
