Is Ph.D degree(Mechanical Engg) offered by the university UGC recognized?


Is the PhD degree(mechanical engg.) offered by the university valied/ugc recognised? A person working as a representative in a office at Saltlake recieving draft in favour of CMJ university,Meghalaya payable at Kolkata and giving registration number for PhD is it true?

YES CMJ university PHD is recognised
Min eligibilty for PHD from this university is Masters degree
People with Mphil degree is preferred

Total fees for phd from here is 1.27 lakhs
min duration to complete the course is 2 years
and max duration is 5 years
