Possibility to do BA while working in Indian Railways?


Can I do a private degree B.A. degree from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University (APS University) while doing my job in Indian Railways Group 'D'? Isn't possible to do via distance mode?

To get a job in Indian Railways, for writing the entrance exam and as with your qualification you can apply for RRB exam. In railways many chances after completing graduates.

After graduation you got

Traffic Assistant.
Traffic Apprentice.
Clerk cum Typist.
ECRC.
Accounts Assistant cum Typist.
Goods Guard.
Assistant Station Master (ASM) etc

You should try night-college if possible. Or else, you should see if you can get NOC from your superiors for taking required education during working hours.

Yes you can definitely pursue your graduation in any stream you want.. if you are working then you can pursue through open universities.... it is more helpful

Yes, you can pursue BA even while working in Indian Railways. One of the available options to do your BA is through IGNOU. It is an open University.

IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University)
Course name: Bachelor in Arts (B.A.)
Eligibility:
Educational qualification: 10+2 or an equivalent qualification
Duration of course: Minimum 3 years
Admission starts : January and July
Streams available:
BA in English, Hindi, Urdu, Economics, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Mathematics, etc.

Yes, you can study any graduation course while working in Indian railways by correspondence or private study. There are lots of scope, right from Group A to Group D services. No direct recruitment in group B as they come from promotion from group C.

Yes,it is possible to do BA while working.You can join IGNOU .It is the open university.The admission charges are also low and the examination are held twice in a year.
