Re: Is it possible to continue my Law Studies after 16 Years of Gap?
dear sir,
First i appreciate you as you want to continue your study at this time. And it is possible to complete your law studies after such long gaps. If you want to do your study from the same university, then you can do LLB after your degree of 1st year, but if you will do the same from different university then you have to start from begining. And for name, you have to submit the afidabit of your changed name in university office. But better for you to go to the office of Mumbai University & take more information about it. good luck. |

Hello,
Yes you can continue your studies. There is no rules that you can't even though you are married or in job.If you are willing then you can continue it.Its good that you have decide to continue your studies. If you plan to continue your studies from the same college then you can continue from 2year but if you plan to do it from different college then most probably you may have to start it from first year.Age won't matter. You can do it. All the best. |

Re: Is it possible to continue my Law Studies after 16 Years of Gap?
I had taken admission for the 5 year Law course in 2003 and had appeared for my 6th Semester 3rd year Law exams in 2006. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue post that. I met the Principal of the college I was studying in to speak about continuing from where I left. I was also ready to take admission for the whole of 3rd year again. But he wasn't sure if I can continue from 3rd year or whether I'll have to take admission from the start (right from 1st year!!!). He claimed that it was because the gap is more than 5 years since I gave my last exams, in November 2006. However, he hasn't confirmed anything on this and has told me that he'll let me know. I'm not sure if this should be the case. Experts here, please let me know if thats a fact?
