Is this possible to do B.Ed course in Computer Science having completed UG in Physics and PG in MCA?
I had completed my UG course in Physics and PG course- M.C.A.Now I wish to do B.Ed in Computer Science.Is this possible or not?

Yes, it is possible. In order to do a B.Ed course, you must be a graduate. This is the only compulsory condition. Having a Masters degree doesn’t mean you cannot apply for a B.Ed degree. Since you have completed MCA you also have the option to apply for NET exam. If you clear this exam you will be eligible for the lectureship post.
