can i do M.sc from BHU or any other university, if there is three yrear gap after the graduation (B.sc) .

There is not at all any problem with your gap, you can apply, I wish you all the best.But remember there will be a entrance exam, and in that exam with each question there will be 5 options and more than 1 option may right you have to answer all right answers.
