sir i have not filled my cs foundation form yet .....
so is it possible to to do so now for december attempt (2012) .....

The last date to register for the Term End examination of the Foundation Program of Company Secretary Course to be held in the month of December was 31-03-2012. If you register for the Foundation Course now, you will be eligible to write the examination which will be held in the month of June 2013.
In order to register yourself for the Foundation Course, you should either contact your nearest Regional Council/Branch of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India or you may contact the Headquarters of the same.
As far as eligibility criteria is concerned, you must have qualified higher secondary examination from a recognized board of education in any stream.

for appearing in december exam the candidate must fill the form latest by 31 march of the same year
since you have not filled the form you are not eligible for the december attempt
but if you fill the form by 31 september of this year then you can appear in the june exam of next year..
this is only the option if you want to give the c.s foundation exam.

Cut off Dates for Admission to Foundation Stage of CS Programme is
28th March for December Exams in the same year
30th September for June Exam next year


The Company Secretary course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional


Eligibilty to apply for the CS Foundation course is:
>> 12th Pass in any stream
No minimum percentage of marks required in class12th


Subjects to study in the CS Foundation Course
English and Business Communication
Economics and Statistics
Financial Accounting
Elements of Business Laws and Management

The last date of registration for the term end examination of the foundation program of CS course will be held in the month of December 31 , 2013.

If you register for the foundation course now, you will be eligible to write the examination which will be held in the month of June- 2013.
