Is it possible to get M.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication in any college after scoring 26 in GATE ECE?


My brother has B.E degree in Electronics and telecommunication,His GATE score is 26,Can he get in any college anywhere for M.Tech in Electronic and Telecom. 2011.

26/100 is good score. he has large possibility for get into nit's and and premium institutes
