I have done my graduation. In which I got less than 50% marks. After that I have done my MA but now because of less percentage in my graduation I suffer a lot. Now I want to do again graduation. Is it valid or not? Can I show my fresh graduation for the purpose of B.Ed? Or, is there any university from where I can do distance B.Ed with less than 50% in my graduation?

After completion of graduation and post graduation it is not possible how to increase your graduation marks again. You now have only one way that is you can do your graduation again in any subject like as bachelor of library and information science in this way you study and you can increase your percentage.
