You did not mention the specific stream for which you require previous year question papers of GATE Exam.

You did not mention whether you are a pursuing candidate of B.Tech course or completed B.Tech course. If you are a pursuing candidate, then start your preparation for GATE exam from the final year of your B.Tech course and appear for GATE Exam in the final year of your B.Tech course.
