Procedure to appear for PG course of Arts Discipline? I am from commerce stream


i had commerce stream subjects in graduation and now i want to appear post graduate with art discipline ,so what is the process?

I AM NOT GRADUATE BUT PURSING B.COM 2ND YEAR
CAN I APPLY FOR CDS EXAM
