As i know many core companies have their internship program. So you can apply for the internship in HP or IBM.
The procedure includes the many parameters as given below.
You have to collect your no objection certificate from your college then send it to the organization with a request letter to the HR of the company.
After 15 days you will get an acknowledgement from the company.
Then you are eligible for the training.

first of all candidate should contact with the training department of the company. from there you will get all details about the internship program of the company. some company only provide internship for the candidate who have reference. specially in case of company like HP or IBM obviously it's difficult to do internship without reference.

if you have any relative working in this company then contact with him/her. he/she will help you a lot to get the chance to join in internship program.

you may also try without internship. for this apply for the training with the specified application form. application from will be available either in the company website or you will get from the company training office. few company don't provide any application form. with the application from you have to submit one training letter from your institution. for details about training letter contact with your institution training and placement cell then will give the training letter. after submitting the application form and training letter you will get call from their about confirmation of your internship.

besides this company few other companies those provide internship for electronics candidates are BSNL, NTPC, BHEL etc. always it's difficult to join in these type of company for internship without reference. so when you are applying for this type of company also apply one where you will get chance surely. otherwise if all the application of you is rejected then you will face problem. so beware of it.
