I am physically handicapped person(21% permanent locomoter). My daughter will take AIEEE 2010 Exam. please tell me wheather she will be aligible for any reservation for wards of physically handicapped person.

Hello Sir. Though there is reservation for Physically Handicapped candidates but there is no reservation for wards(children) of Physically Handicapped people unless they are from Armed Forces. However I am sure your daughter will do as good through hard work and encouragement without any reservation.

i am really sorry to tell you that there is no reservation for wards of physically handicapped civilians in India only the wards of physically handicapped armed forces get reservation.

reservation is for the person who is physically disable .......but if you are a govt. employee or defence personal then your ward is eligible for the reservation.........

i really feel sorry for our country which have not made any provision for dependents of physically handicapped people, and would like to convey my message to our education minister to try to get into shoes of us and make changes accordingly in our system to make our country really proud worthy.
And for you sir pls don't be afraid god is there to help you your daughter will definitely get good score without any reservation.

WHAT IS PAY SCALE FOR WHICH RESERVATION IN GROUP A APPLIBABLE

there is no reservation on the basis of pay scale it is only if you belong to sc/st or obc or the child is physically handicapped
at least nothing reagrding pay sacle is there in aieee brouchure

Sorry sir there is not any provision like that because the reservation for the SC/ST/OBC and Physically Handicapped candidates only not because of their parents.Sorry

yes there is reservation for the physically handicapped persons as per the rule of the governments,
so then can take advantages for the job as well as in the other fiels,
so do not worry prepare well.

let me clear you about the fact of the reservation,there is reservation for the physically handicapped person,but this reservation is only for the person who is handicapped not for the family or the ward of the person.so in this way your daughter is not eligible for the reservation.

sir, there is reservation for physically handicapped students not for wards of physically handicapped person but you daughter can get scholarship from college if she managed to get highest position in her class and This needs only hardwork.

My father met with a railway accident while he was trying to board a train due to which his right leg had to be amputed below the knee.
After a lot of physiotherapy and practice he now walks with an artificial leg and the support of stick. My father's company had also shut down about 7 yrs before the accident and he was carrying his monthly retirement cheques with him which he lost during the accident due to subconsciense. He is trying his best with his factory for them to issue him new cheques after the cheques being blocked. The only source of income in my family is my mother who is a nurse. I have a younger sister and a brother who are both studying and I myself am married hence cant be of much help to my parents. Ans: A person with disabilty is eligible for reservation in govt. jobs or admission in any educational institution only if he/she has disability of not less than 40%. But this concession does not extend to any other than the handicapped person himself. So in your case your daughter is not entitled to reservation.

Our country is a "welfare state" as per the interpretation of the constitution . The policies , Laws made are for the welfare of the people of the country .
The dependents of physically handicapped people ,do certainly require special consideration, for the wards of the disabled people are also handicapped in themselves to a certain extent , due to various factors such as social , economic etc of their parents . To eradicate the social barrier ,benovalent laws and policies needs to be enacted for welfare of wards of such physically handicapped parents , for even as per our constitution , Right to live and live with dignity , is a fundamental right of every citizen of the country.
