The senior most post in customer service is general manager and you can become one by just starting as an executive with minimal education and make your way upto the managerial positions.

Hi,
"Ex Officio Special Secretary to Government of India/Chairman" is the highest position in Indian Customs and central Excise Department. To reach into that position, you have to pass Civil service examinations and grow up in the ladder. |
