For IBPS PO exam the exam pattern is like:
aptitude, reasoning, English...
So for preparation you can follow the references like:
R S Agarwal
Pratiyougi kiran(all books are available)

It ll definitely help you.....

If you are interested in IBPS PO examination
Then you will have to fulfill these criteria :

1.You should have a graduation degree
2.Your age must be within 21 to 30 years.
