I am in btech 2 year i have it branch i have no idea about subjects in IAS exam so please tell me about all the subjects which i can choose for the exam

please find an employment news copy dated 2-1-2010 in that you are going to find the names of all subjects in which you can write the ias exam,from that choose an subject in which you are really interested and have good basic knowledge

there is no separate IT paper in civil services,you have to choose some other subjects,
i would advice to choose some thing in which you are interested in from your childhood

let me clear first, that there is no any subjects for the IT,
but you are eligible for the exam.
so you have to chose the different subjects from the pool of the subjects.

there are lot of subjects for taking on IAS exam.you can appear through IES conducted By UPSC exmination.
the subjects also include history/geography etc besides your some of the IT subjects as well.there is no any subjects for the IT.go to www.upsc.gov.in

UPSC CSE EXAMINATION IS LITERALLY A TOUGH EXAMINATION TO CRACK. IF YOU CHOOSE THE WRONG SUBJECT, YOU ARE GONE. ALSO, IF YOU CHOOSE BLINDLY ON SOMEONE'S OPINION, YOU WILL BE LEFT BLIND FOLDED IN THE EXAMINATION.

CSE EXAM SUBJECT CHOOSING ITSELF REQUIRES A CASE STUDY . SO DONT JUST GO FOR OPINION OF OTHERS.

You have not mentioned your specialisation. Normally people choose there specialisation subject as one subject for UPSC CSE Examination. You can choose any subject that gains your interest. Do choose the subject which does not drain you. Will make entertained So that you will prepare well.

Choose the right subject reduces your preparation risk by 50 %

Yes. Obviously. You can opt for any subject for sure. There no restriction that you should choose only the subject you had as specialisation. You can choose any subject of your choice and interest,
