is there any course which i can go for after 12th and after which i can do some degree course/???

You have not specified the subject you have selected for 12th. If you are from science background, try for a job oriented course in engineering/medicine. Science students can also go with diploma programs. Commence candidates can look for courses like B.Com, CA or ICWA. Arts students can go with courses like B.A, BBA and BBM.

If you are science with Mathematics back ground student you can take steams like

Engineering (B.Tech\BE)
Biotechnology
B.Pharmacy
BCA or BSc etc

If you are Science with out Maths like BiPC student you can take theses streams like

Medicine
Bio technology
B.Pharmacy
etc
