I want to know wether there is an entrance exam for admission in B. Com. in DU or IGNOU. Also need to tell that I have done my 12th from science stream.

No there is no entrance examination in DU for the admission in Undergraduate course. Admission in the undergraduate courses is on the basis of board aggregate and cut off released by the university.

The application form for the 2015 will be available online from 28th May and offline from 5th June and lasts for 15th June. The commencement of admission will be from 25th of June.There will be 8 cut off list.

To get admission in the B.com hons. it is compulsory to have Mathematics as main subjects in the board examination. So you can be ready to get admission.Generally best 4 are taken in consideration for these.

But if you have not good board aggregate you will be not eligible to get admission as the cut off is very high for the admission in DU. There are relaxation on cur off marks for the OBC, SC,ST,PWD and girls for each category.

B.com stands for BAchelor's in Commerce which is a UG course , which can be done after 12th .

B.com can be done in IGNOU , which is three years duration course having six semesters.
there is no entrance exam in IGNOU .

B.COM if intrested to do in DU (DELHI UNIVERSITY) , which is three years duration course having six semester .for this there is a entrance exam which is to qualify to take admission in DU .

AS you are from science stream it is slight difficult for entrance exam , but no think to worried about that you can avail a coaching class for entrance exam , The question comes from +2 basis..

DU stands for Delhi University. This university has lots of colleges which offer bachelor's degree in commerce.

Admission to Bachelor of commerce is given on the basis of percentage of marks secured in 10+2 stream. First you need to apply for the admissions in offline or online mode as per your convenience.

The online applications for 2015 admission to different courses will begin from 28/05/2015. You can apply online at the official website of Delhi university that is www.du.ac.in.

Once the application dates are over, University releases cut off percentage for different institute and different courses. Around 9-10 cut offs are released every year. The first cut off in 2015 will come on 24/06/2015.

Depending upon your % of marks in 10+2, you can approach to the institute in which you are eligible for admission. As you are science stream and want to do B.Com, percentage requirement will be a bit more than students who have done 10+2 in commerce.

In case of IGNOU also, admissions are given on the basis of % of marks, you can get direct admission there is no entrance test.

DU ( Delhi University ) and IGNOU ( Indira Gandhi Institute Of Open University ) there are no admission on the basis of entrance test in undergraduate courses.

Admission is taken on the basis of board aggregate.Application for the admission in 2015-2016 academic session will start from the last week of May. The admission in the most of the courses are through board aggregate.

The admission in DU will be on the basis of cut of list released by each o the colleges. To get admission in the B.Com now it is mandatory to have mathematics as main subjects in the board.The cut off are very high for the DU or regular mode.

There are reservation on the cut off for different category. The application is available online as well as offline till 15th June 2015.
