Hello,I am a B.Sc Computer Science graduate with 20 years experience in software. First of all, am I eligible to do a PhD? Can someone recommend me reliable universities or institutes for online PhD? Am I eligible and how good is the Doctorate offered by IMSR (Indian Management School and Research centre)? Thanks in advance.
