Which are the top IT skills required for securing job in today's tough market?

I am in 3rd year of B.Tech Electrical Engineer from an average semi government college. So basically less chance of placement in good companies. I want to know which are the top IT skills like Python, PLC, AI etc., which I can do simultaneously for upcoming placement jobs?
