There are various Universities and Institutes which offers under graduate degree program [B.Tech/B.E.] in Nanotechnology in North India. The duration of the program is four years.

Following are the list of some of the most recognized Universities offering the B.Tech program in Nanotechnology in North India:

Lovely Professional University

Candidate must have passed the +2 level of examination with a minimum of 70% with Physics, Chemistry and English/Computer Science. Candidate who have scored more than 50% aggregate and less than 70% aggregate in the qualifying examinations, needs to hold a valid score in LPU NEAT-UG / AIEEE / State Level Entrance Test / SAT.

University of Rajasthan: Centre for Converging Technologies

Candidate must have passed the +2 level of examination from a recognized board with Science subjects [both Mathematics and Biology group candidates are eligible]. Admissions is purely on the basis of merit in the entrance test CCTET.
