Dear Sir,
We live in chennai .My Son, has completed an Msc. course in Nanotechnology in UK. He was on a paid Phd Program in France, but, due to some cultural issues he has discontinued and come back to chennai. He now wants to continue is Research and Development in Nanotech ! What to do ?
