The minimum eligible age to join the Group Y Airman in Indian Air Force, you must have attained the age of 17 years and must not be over 22 years. As far as academic qualification is concerned, you should have completed 10+2 level of education and qualified the examination with any subject combination and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

The selection procedure of the same of comprise of Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, Interview and Medical Examination.
