Since your question seems to be incomplete, I am not able to answer your question specifically therefore, will answer it generally.The age limit of candidates belonging to OBC category is relaxed up to 3 years in case of entrance examination conducted by union public service commission and staff selection commission.
In examinations like NET and many other entrance examination, the OBC category is considered equal to the general category.
So, It will be really easier to answer if you can ask about a particular examination.
