What is the attendance percentage required for BA course? Can you please tell me the usual criteria followed for the same? It will be really helpful if you can guide me with the answer on the same. Awaiting for the response soon as possible. Thanks!

BA stands for Bachelor of Arts. It is a three year Undergraduate course in the field of Arts. Candidates who have completed Higher Secondary course in any stream from a Government recognised board are eligible to pursue BA course.

Admissions in B.A course are offered on the basis of merit in Higher Secondary examination marks in most of the colleges. Some few reputed colleges conducts an entrance examination/ admission test for offering admissions in BCA course to merit candidates of the entrance examination.

To be eligible to register for appearing in BA examinations, some colleges asks for minimum 60% attendance at the end of the year and some colleges may ask for more or less percentage of attendance. To know exact minimum attendance percentage that you need to maintain at the end of the year to appear in BA examinations, you can contact your college examination branch and they will inform you all the details regarding the eligibility criteria required to appear in BA examinations.
