Should I pay the annual tution fee prescribed by COMEDK every year after I get admission? Or only in first year I should pay?

Hi I've done by mbbs from sdm dharwad.. I'd just like to recommend that if possible please choose jjm davangere or jss college as they're much better.. Fee structure for UG is 3.3 lakh per annum tuition fees.. Mess fees approx 10,000 for 6 months.. Hostel fees approx 26 - 32k per annum
