hello sir i hav not yet got my hallticket of AIEEE exam 2011. I submitted form on 24 th december 2010.Please give me some information about it.

The AIEEE Examination Are going to be held on 1/May/2011.

And if you dont receive your admit card yet, Then please dont worry, just visit the official website and download your provisonal admit card.

So, please visit the AIEEE website and click on provisional admit card link and then enter your application form number and your date of birth to get your admit card -

i think you may have recieve ihe hallticket now,if not then contact to aieee office between 10 -4pm ,,,helpline no. given on prospectus

In case of admit card is not recieved follow the below process for duplicate admit card.

If the candidate has not received their admit before one week from the
date of examination then they can request for the duplicate admit card.

For the duplicate admit a candidate has to send a application giving details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, photo state copy of the Application Form, two photographs.

For duplicate admit card a candidate pay fee of Rs. 50/- + postal charges of Rs. 30/- extra for out station candidate.

Candidate can send the application request at the below address

That is very unfortunate that you have received your admit card as of yet.

However, dont panic as of now as there is till time in the exam as it will be conducted on 10th May 2011.

First and foremost I suggest that you check the status of your application form at the following link by providing your application form number:

If it says that your form has been received, and you still get your admit card till one week before the exam, then you need to request for a duplicate admit card from the AIEEE office.



For the duplicate admit a you have to send an application with details of the Post Office, date of dispatch, original receipt of postal dispatch, xerox copy of the Application Form, along with two photographs.

You will also have to pay a fee of Rs. 50/- + postal charges of Rs. 30/- extra for out station candidate.

Steps to Go for it.

Step 1) Go to www.aieee.nic.in
Step 2) Click Application Status New and then go to verification
Step 3) Enter your Application Number There. and Date Of Birth Too (For Verification)
Step 4) It response to your Application Status + Your Venue Details

Note* As you didn't Get admit card before 20th Of march then you must have Contact to AIEEE Authority for the same in between 23rd to 29th of March. But its already late Don't worry call them or Follow above Steps.

For Duplicate Admit Card

Request must be Sent to below address with Two Photographs , one should be attested by Principal of your Institution and Photocopy of that Application form with proofs regarding remittance of ffee .

Such request for issue of duplicate admit card should accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary,CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi amounting Rs.50/- as fee and additional Rs.30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates.

Don't worry guy just visit the official website of AIEEE and check your application status

by clicking on that option then you can download your duplicate admit card.

If you don't receive your hall ticket for AIEEE, you need not worry at all.

Because AIEEE has introduced the facility of downloading the provisional hall ticket from the official website of AIEEE.

Here i am providing you a link through which you can download the provisional admit card for AIEEE 2011 exam.

Just open the link and enter your application number along with date of birth and you can download the provisional admit card.

Dear tejal

If you have not received admit card, then don't worry, or wast your time in wait for it.

You just visit below link and Download your provisional Admit card, by enter few of your personal details(application no & D.O.B).........

Then take a printout of it, as you can use this provisional admit card in Exam if you don't receive your original one....

So start concentrating on preparation.....

You need to write/contact the CBSE before 20th April,2011 giving details of the post office,date of dispatch,original receipt of postal dispatch,photostat copy of application form,two photographs and proof regarding remittance of fee who have submitted application online.

card.Send on Request only with fee Rs.50/- + postal charge of Rs.30 Extra for

If you have not received the AIEEE admit card, it might be because of two reasons.

Either it has not reached you properly (Which happens very rarely)

And secondly maybe there was some fault with your application.
