Hi, i ve got placed in TCS, as "graduate trainee"in grade yg , im a bsc(ct) graduate though.. can any1 explain me wat does "graduate trainee" means?? wat all will be taught during training? n abt the salary structure?... and is it possible to continue my higher studies while working in TCS?...and how can i improve my language skill before joining ilp program

Dear actually " Gradate Trainee " means a fresher candidate who have joined recently without any experience. As you have got placed in TCS it is a good news. And I know you are passionate to know the things during the Training and all.

Here we are giving you the detailed information during Training.

As you there are lot of candidates which got placed in TCS and for all of you there is a Basic Class about the Types of Projects, and How to mingle with the Clients for their Output.

Every employee has to acquire good skills at the time training. Otherwise it will be difficult for the selected fresher graduates.

Coming to the Communication skills it does not come in one day. It will be taking time to reproduce the speech. So have to read English News Papers watching Group Discussions in English Channels daily. More over you need to practice about 6 months to avoid speech problems.

hi I have been selected for tcs. I'm happy for dis. But l have a little bit fear bcoz I'm from non it background that means from B.sc (m.p.c). I don't have an idea on programing . I don't know even java.so that's why I feel fear. But I'm a quick learner. plz any one help me is it easy to learn programming for a non it guy .

I am a bsc(electronics)graduate I have been selected for TCS in ITIS in grade YG what is my job profile?

if you are a quick learner then there is no problem.You can learn very well.TCS will give you the training .So dont feel fear.

i got selected for tcs as graduate trainee but i am doing now java certification also which i will completed on next month and iam from bsc it background but i want to know that should i get technical field to work in tcs and one more doubt is that i was selected from tcs ignite competition at that time of interview they told they will provide mca but in offer letter it was not mention
