friend 50% is required by a gen. candidate in his +2 to appear for aieee also there are amax of 3 attempts.for success in aieee u should have ur fundamentals in phy,chemand maths clear as well as good problem solving speed.shortcuts especially in maths is added advantage.for aieee ncert books are complete but for questions on aieee pattern u should purchase some competitive books.

Basic eligibility in 12th for aieee is 50 percent for general and 40 percent for sc and st.
you can give exam after completing this requirement. and of course NCERT books might help you in cracking the AIeee exam. |

The basic requirement for appearing in AIEEE exam is that you must have passed class 12th or equivalent exam from some recognized board or university.
To appear in the AIEEE exam, being a general category candidate you must secure at least an aggregate of 60% marks in PCM in board exams. For other categories SC/ST/OBC/PD this minimum requirement is 55%. NCERT books are very good concept wise but the question may not be of that level which are required for practice during the preparation for AIEEE. So you must refer some books like previous 30 years question papers of AIEEE, etc. |

You can appear AIEEE after your 12th class/at your final exam.To get seat in IIT's/NIT's you should have good rank in AIEEE exam,12th class marks not to be that important,to get admission in IIT's/NIT's.

the minimum academic qualification for appearing in AIEEE 2011 is that the aspirant must have passed in final examination (Class XII). with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates. You need to have the following combination of Subject combinations. The subjects include maths and physics as compulsory subject for the B.E course.You need to have chosen mathematics if you apply for B.Arch If you do not have the above subject you fail to appear for the exam |

AIEEE Stands for All India Engineering Entrance Examination. AIEEE Exam is conduct by The Ministry of Human Resources and Development. 30 NIT's,5 IIIT's, 13 Central / State Government institutions and 21 Self Financed Institutes will admit candidates on the basis of their performance in AIEEE Exam. Required Qualifications for AIEEE => you must complete your 12th Class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects. you must have Attain 60% in Class 12th Exam. Dear Aspirant,
If you have completed the 10 + 2 course i.e tenth and intermediate then you are eligible for the aieee exam. AIEEE exam is conducted for the intake of students into the NIT's and its deemed colleges. It is a national level exam.This exam is conducted only once in a academic year. It is open for all the castes and all the students who passed the +2 with minimum of 50% marks in MPC. So if you have secured the 50% marks in all the mpc subjects then you are eligible for writing this exam. The rank is called AIR (All India Rank).Based on the AIR the students is allotted a seat in the colleges of india. This exam is a prestigious exam for the students and similarly lakhs of students write this exam every year. Eligiblity: Should be an Indian Should have age below 25years Should have minimum of 50% marks Should have been passed in the +2. If you meet these factors then you can write the exam without any problem.
