I am so sorry to say you that you are not eligible to appear for AIEEE-2011 as you have only 48% in your 12th. For applying in AIEEE , you must have atleast 50% in class 12th with any recognized board. it doesn't matter cbse, icse or state board .

Since you have only 48% in class 12th you are not eligible . for other information related to AIEEE examination please visit the official website of AIEEE that is http://www.aieee.nic.in

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR IN AIEEE EXAM

Well, sorry speaking that you aren't eligible in AIEEE 2011 as far as rules are concerned. But after all, you should check the prospectus & verify details.

Eligibility for AIEEE with 48% marks depends on the category you fall in.
AIEEE is conducted every year for admission in B.E, B.Tech, B.Arch courses in top engineering colleges all over india. the minimum eligibility criteria for AIEEE is to have passed in final exam of 12 or its equivalent(diploma) with 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates.

so depending on the category you can apply for AIEEE exam. but candidates who have scored less than 40% are not eligible at any means.

Gud luck.

dear fiend,
for giving the aieee exam, the student must have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks. since your marks are below that, you are not eligible for giving the exam.
but if are a sc/st student, then you are eligible for the exam because the minimum marks required by them for the exam is 45%.
for more details regarding the exam, you can visit

You are not eligible to attend AIEEE exam, syllabus all similar to 12th level .you didn't study in higher secondary level .incase if you are eligible to write exam in category of SC/ST .

Are sure you will pass in AIEEE exam.I assure you will get even 4 marks in the exam
