U can appear for railways,postal or even BSNL examination.... U attempt for UPSC.. there are 22 posts available...... enter into any one and ur life will be settled...

for all kinds of government jobs ...the best way is to keep a track of employment news paper and all leading newspapers ......apart from that you can keep visiting upsc website and can also post your resume in monster.com and other job search websites.....

you have a lots of option like electrical ENG. demand good in private
sector as well as government sector
you look on your eyes in employment news ...
and register you on this sites like
naukari.com,mosnterjobs.com,timesjobs.com. ....
and also see some state government have also vacancy...
and you also try for IES exams....
