What kind of job will I get after doing PGDBA in Human Resource? Any certifications necessary for HR related jobs?


I have 2.5years of work experience in Networking domain. Now I am doing PGDBA in Human Resource(through Symbiosis, Distance Learning) and want to pursue job in HR line. What kind of jobs will I get and where should I apply? Are any certifications necessary for HR related jobs?

After doing PGDBA you can get jobs in - Finance Executive, Finance Assistant, few organization offer as Admin Asst too.

SAP in HR is a very good course if you want to do courses for HR related jobs .

I am doing PGDFM & currently i am working in HR so it is good or something wrong.
