What is the minimum age requirement to apply for National Defence Academy of India? Now, my age 16 and it will become 17 in Feb'2018 and in 12th standard my age will be 19 in Feb'2020 as my birth date is 21/2/2002. Also, let me know the minimum passing percentage required in 12th?

The eligibility criteria for National Defence Academy examination:

1. You must be 10+2 passed or appearing for board examination from a recognized board. Physics and Mathematics are compulsory for Navy and Air Force.

2. Candidates born between 02/07/1999 and 01/07/2002 can apply for NDA I examination of 2018.

Your date of birth falls between this age limit, you can apply for NDA I examination. You should have at least passing percentage of marks in 12th.

First thing I would like to let you know is that for joining National Defense Academy you need to qualify NDA entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year.

As far as you are concerned about the age criteria for appearing in NDA entrance examination 2018 then it is 16.5 years to 19.5 years by the 2nd January 2019 for appearing in NDA I 2018 whereas for NDA II 2018 the required age criteria is 16.5 years to 19.5 years by the 2nd July 2019.
