What is the minimum education to become a Lecturer?

Hi, I have completed my Post Graduation from Utkal University, Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), Bhubaneswar. Is this enough to become a Lecturer in any college?

The minimum education to become a Lecturer:-

1) Candidates must have passed Master degree in any relevant subject from any recognised university with at least 55% marks.

2) To become a Lecturer, you will have to qualify UGC-NET(University Grants Commission-National EligibilityTest) exam.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
