There is no percentage required for H.A.S test. *Minimum educational qualification of Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university can apply.
*Candidates who are awaiting for their results are eligible and candidates who are going to appear for the qualifying examination before the commencement of HP Administrative Combined Competitive examination can also apply but their admission is subject to providing their proof of passing the examination not later than two months after the commencement of this examination.
*Candidates who have completed their final professional MBBS or any other equivalent Medical examination but have not completed their internship can also apply for HAS examination but they need to submit, copy of the qualifying examination certificate along with application. *At the time of interview they need to provide original degree certificate including the completion of internship.
