sir,i am b com passed so what post will i get in indian army

As you have passed the B.com degree. So you are eligble for the recruitment as an Lieutenant officer in the Indian Army but you have to clear the CDS examination.

CDS stands for the Combined Defence Services and the examination is conducted by the UPSC twice every year. The eligibilty to appear in the examiation is :-
> Candidate must have done the graduation from any recognised university.
> Candidate age must be between 19-23 years for the Indian Army.
> Only unmarried Indian citizen are eligible.

The examination is conducted in two stages as the Written and the SSB. You haveto clear both the test for the final recruitment. Only written qualified candidate are called for the SSB. Those who clear this including Medical after proper training join the Indian Army as Lieutenant.
