What is the standard age criteria for 4th std admission in CBSE Board affiliated schools in Haryana?
My daughter is studying in 4th grade in a CBSE school in Haryana. She was born on 7th October 2011 and her age as on date is 8 years 9 months. We are trying to change her school within Haryana, but the destination school is refusing admission stating she doesn't meet the age criteria for admission in Grade-IV.

The age limit varies with state, it is the Directorate of State Education department.
So, visit the concerned department for the detail information. |
