What to study after 12th CEC to become a Government High School Teacher?

Hello, my daughter is going to completed her 12th Board exams with CEC (Commerce, Economics and Civics) stream. She wants to do government job like Teaching in government high schools or private schools affiliated to ICSE or CBSE Boards. So, what she should do for her Graduation? Does she also needs to do B.Ed?
