There are various branches of Indian Air Force and the eligibility criteria for each of them varies as follows:

Flying Branch

• In order to join the Flying Branch of Indian Air Force, one must have completed bachelors degree program in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects at the higher secondary level.
  
• Minimum Percentage of Marks: 60%
  
• Age Limit: 19-23 years

Accounts Branch

• To be considered eligible for this particular branch, one must possess bachelors degree in commerce or any professional qualification like Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Work Accountancy etc.
  
• Minimum Percentage of Marks: 60%
  
• Age Limit: 20-23 years

Administrative and Logistics Branch

• Graduates in any discipline with any subject combination are considered eligible for this particular branch.
  
• Minimum Percentage of Marks: 60%
  
• Age Limit: 20-23 years

Aeronautical Engineering Branch

In order to join the Technical Branch of Indian Air Force, one must possess a bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology and must have studied any eight subjects from either of the following lists:

Hey friend,

To be very clear to you,your question is not finished as you have not mentioned your qualification of being able to join in IAF or not as i can say only when you have mentioned your education qualification so that what subjects you need to study in order to join in it.

Anyways as regarding the minimum qualification needed for joining in Indian Air Force you need to have completed +2 by and in it you need to have studied it with physics and mathematics as subjects

If you possess that you can write the NDA Exam which offers you to join in Indian Air Force as you will be eligible for it as regarding the education qualification and there are certain other standards which are needed to be satisfied along with it.

If it is in the case of you wanting to join in Indian Air Force after completing degree means then also then you need to have completed a degree with physics and mathematics as subjects with a fair percentage as you can write the entrance exam for joining in Indian Air Force as it is the only way for joining.

You need to also satisfy the Nationality, Age Limit standards also for applying for the entrance exam to join in IAF
