Company Secretary course is offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) through correspondence mode. However, there are various institutes accredited by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India for imparting oral coaching and the fee structure of such study centers varies and is not regulated by ICSI.

The fee structure of each stage of the company secretary course offered by ICSI through correspondence mode is as follows:

Foundation Program
Admission Fee: Rs.1200
Course Fee: Rs.2400
Examination Fee: Rs.875


Executive Program
Admission Fee: Rs.1500
Course Fee: Rs.5000
Examination Fee: Rs.900 Per Module
Foundation Course Exemption Fee for Commerce Graduates: Rs.500
Foundation Course Exemption Fee for Non-Commerce Graduates: Rs.750

Professional Program
Admission Fee: Rs.1500
Course Fee: Rs.7500
Examination Fee: Rs.750 Per Module
