What's the pattern of placement test and how many rounds are in recruitment phase? How to prepare for that?
what is pattern of placement paper ? for technical what should we prepare ??

The following details are for IT companies recruitment process.
There are usually 3 rounds for recruitment process but it again varies from company to company. First round is aptitude test for which you can refer website "freshersworld.com", select placement papers from top header bar and you will be able to see all the companies list where you can select a particular companies paper. Second round is technical, just prepare thoroughly the points which you have mentioned in the CV. Many companies have different number of technical rounds. Last round is HR round and for this round you just need to be confident and that is all. |
