When is the preliminary exam conducted? What kind of preparation is needed?
pls tell that when this preliminary exam will conducted and what kind vof preparation is needed to this?

Preliminary examination is the first stage for the Civil Services examination conducted by the UPSC every year. The preliminary stage of the civil services examination 2015 is over as it was on the August 23.
So you have to wait for the next year and the application form for the examination are released in the June. As it is the first stage so you can consider it as the ENTRANCE GATE as candidate only after qualifying in this stage are eligible for the next stage. The examination contains two paper CSAT and the GS. CSAT is the qualifying stage. The question in the examination are asked from all the subjects consisting of the History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Science, Mathematics, English, Current Affairs, General Knowledge etc.... So the candidates need to preparation for all these topics to qualify in the examination. To get the syllabus for the examination visit at the www.upsc.gov.in. |
