TANCET 2012 EXAM

There is no official announcement given for TANCET 2012 exam it will be soon in the official website.

The important dates for TANCET 2012 exam is as follows..


-> TANCET - MBA exam - 31-03-2012 ( Saturday ) - 10am to 12noon.

-> TANCET - MCA exam - 31-03-2012 (Saturday ) - 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

-> TANCTE - M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan - 01-04-2012 ( Sunday ) - 10am to 12noon.

TANCET stands for TAMILNADU COMMON ENTRANCE TEST notification is yet to be announced officially in their officil web site.

TANCET is a common entrance exam conducted by Anna university, Chennai.TANCET stands for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test. Students who aspire to enroll for MCA or M.Tech or MBA or M.Arch or M.E or M.Plan can apply for the test.

Please check from time to time in this website.The notification will be made soon.The exam is usually done in May last week of 2012.The sale of form starts March last week, 2012.

Hi friend,

*The Government of Tamil Nadu have authorised Anna University for conducting the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) for admission to MBA, MCA and ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan degree programmes offered in colleges in Tamil Nadu.

*Some universities and self-financing engineering colleges may also opt to admit the candidates on the basis of marks obtained in TANCET 2012

*The application form is common for all the three entrance tests. Candidates have to submit only one application form.

*The candidates have to pay a fee of Rs.500 (Rs.250 for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu on production of a copy of Permanent Community Certificate in card format) as entrance test fee for any one of the programmes either (1) MBA or (2) MCA or (3) ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan.

*If a candidate desires to appear for more than one programme, for every additional programme, he/she has to pay Rs.500 (Rs.250 for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu).

*Commencement of registration/registration through Internet - February 1, 2012
*Last date for registration at co-ordinating centres and registration through Internet - February 23, 2012
*Last date for registration at Chennai Centre and receipt of completed application

*MBA - March 31, 2012 (Saturday) - 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
*MCA - March 31, 2012 (Saturday) - 02.30 p.m. to 04.30 p.m.
*ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan - April 1, 2012 (Sunday) - 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
*Results: Fourth week of April 2012
