Where can go for distance telecom management? I have done B.E(EC)

I have done BE (EC) in 2010. Currently working in Ericsson as a RF engr. I want to do distant management course, which can help making my better carrier. I am much interested for telecom management. So please advice me the university from where i can o distant telecom management. Else sujjest me the better steps...

why to go for distance???? many times it seems distance mba is not taken into consideration during job swtich.... better go for full time.... MIT telecom management is offering the same......
