My name is Chayaneeka Sharma from GUWAHATI, ASSAM.I have sent the form of AFMC through SPEED POST in 5th of FEB,2011 and today i got my form back in my address so i want to know why this happened and i would be very grateful to you if you give me a valid reason for it.And i would be eagerly waiting for your reply.THANK YOU.

According to my opinion, your AFMC form was rejected because you send by Speed Post.

OR AFMC not allowed Speed Post.


AFMC allowed only registered Post.


I think this is the reason.

Why my AFMC form got rejected by Speed Post?

I Dont Know The Valid Reason, But I think You Will get Your Application Form Back Because, The Last Date Of Reciving Application Form Was Over.

Or You Will Not Fullfill The Eligiblity Creteria, Thats Why You Will Get Back Your AFMC Application Form.

And May Be The Another Reason was that, You Have Mention The Wrong Address On Your Speed Post. So There Are Lots Of Reason, Thats Why You Will Get Back Your Application Form.

So, Its Better If You Should Contact To The Concerned Department Or Consult With The Post Office, From Where You Have Send The Speed Post. I Hope, If You should Contact the Concerned Department, They Will tell You The Valiod Reason, Why You Will Receive Back Your AFMC Application Form.

Your AFMC form got rejected due to so many reasons-
1. The deadline for form submission is over.
2. The draft is undervalued or in the name of some other person.
3. Address is not properly written.
4. Offline form receiving date is over.
5. Some documents are incomplete.

As the reason is also mentioned on the form so read it carefully.Its better for you to contact the official website-

There could be many reasons for rejection of your form.

First Of all your form should have reached the office before 7th Feb 2011.

As you dispatched your form so late , it would have reached late on the office.

May be thats why your form got rejected.

There may be reasons too like your form is not filled completely,or details are incorrect,problem with demand draft,etc.

i have not recieved my afmc medical entrance exam's admit card although the form has been accepted

There is no problem for sending the form in speedpost.

your form is rejected because of any following reasons

1. you have posted an incomplete form
2. you have send multiple forms
3. form has received after last date of submission

THERE are a lots of reasons behind this.
many times our posts are not reached at the destination before deadline.
so, after deadline the application form will not acpted.
the incomplted form is also the another reason.

so, there is only one solution to contact to the authority.

hi, the reason for returning of post is one of the below
1. you may not have written the correct address
2. the last date for the submission might have got over
3. speed post may not be allowed i think only registered post is allowed

last date of receiving of application form by speed post in wbjee 2012
