Hello,
CDS (Combined Defence Services) conducted by UPSC Twice in a year,i.e.CDS I in Mid February and CDS II in the month of September. To appear in the exam candidate should have following Qualifications-
*Graduation from Affiliated Institute from any stream with minimum qualifying percentage.
*Age limit-19-23 yr. as on 1st july of exam year.
You can conclude your eligibility from the above criteria.
Although the exam for 2011 has been over, you may try in the next year.
~If you are a NCC 'C' certificate holder then you can skip the exam and can apply for Direct Entry.
For more information you can visit the official site of UPSC -www.upsc.gov.in
Ok, Best of luck.
