Hi,

No you will get admission in SP Jain only through CAT 2010 or XAT 2011 or GMAT (taken in 2010).

S. P. Jain (SPJIMR), Mumbai college is very reputed. They gives gurantee for 100% placement.

But I am sorry to say that they do not accept the MAT score.

Do not worry I am Providing you the name of many reputed colleges. Which accepts MAT score also.
